Sexual harassment is any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment in school interferes with a student’s ability to learn, study, work, or participate in school activities. This harassment can come from other classmates or even sometimes teachers in a school. While both girls and boys will report experiencing sexual harassment in school, girls report experiencing it at a much higher rate.

Think about the issues that students experiencing sexual harassment have to deal with while also experiencing the pressures of school. Do your own research into how sexual harassment affects students during their education. How do we address it as a problem? How do we specifically address the fact that girls are far more likely to experience sexual harassment than boys? Put together your ideas and findings into 1-2 paragraphs.
